Police Property Portfolio

The appointment of a Private Sector Partner for the provision of various property related services including:
• Management of the police property portfolio;
• Procurement of new police stations and other facilities in the NSW Police forward capital works program; and
• Management of the disposal of surplus assets.

The contract was signed on 31 March 2006 with United Group Services Pty Limited for the management of the NSW Police Property portfolio.
