| Project Description: | Renegotiation of the original Stations Agreement (1995) to settle disputes between Railcorp and the Airport Link Company Pty Limited. The Restated Stations Replacement has now replaced the Stations Agreement (1995) as the contract governing the operations of the privately owned rail stations on the Airport Link rail line. |
| Current Status: | The Restated Stations Agreement 2005 was executed by RailCorp and the Airport Link Company Pty Limited (Receiver and Managers appointed) on 13 October 2005. |
