Bathurst, Orange & Associated Health Services

The project will provide for the redevelopment of Orange Hospital and Associated Health Services via Public Private Partnership incorporating the financing, designing, building and facilities management of:

• new general acute health facilities at Orange (Bloomfield)
• partial refurbishment and facilities management of existing mental health facilities at Orange (Bloomfield)
• facilities management of the new and refurbished acute health facilities at Bathurst
• facilities management of a number of small health facilities in local towns

The project has been awarded to Pinnacle Healthcare (Babcock & Brown, Hansen Yuncken and Spotless),  with contracts signed on 21 December 2007.
